“AISPL Confidential Information” refers to any non-public information disclosed by us, our associated companies, business partners or their respective employees, contractors or agents that must reasonably be considered confidential due to the nature of the information or circumstances surrounding its disclosure. AISPL`s confidential information includes: (a) non-public information about our affiliates or the technology of our subsidiaries or business partners, customers, business plans, advertising and marketing activities, finance and other business matters; (b) third-party information that we must keep confidential; and (c) the nature, content and existence of discussions or negotiations between you and us or our related companies. AISPL Confidential information does not contain information that is or will be made available to the public without violating this agreement; (ii) can be proven by documents you knew at the time of receipt; (iii) is received by a third party who has not acquired or disclosed the same thing by an unlawful or unlawful act; or (iv) can be proven by documentation that it was developed independently of you, without reference to confidential aispl information. 45.6. We or our affiliates may develop content for you consisting of either (a) documents and diagrams (“documents”) or (b) software (in source code or object), code or scripts (“Software”) for you as part of AWS professional services (for example. B documents and software, “Developed Content”). Subject to a confidentiality agreement between you and us or our related companies, we and our related companies are not prevented from developing, using or selling similar products or services or related to the content developed. All developed content made available to you by us or our affiliates as part of AWS professional services under a SOW is licensed under the following conditions: 16.3. You are responsible for your separate relationship with the data center operator or other service provider, including compliance with your agreement with the data center operator or any other service provider, as well as paying fees to the data center operator or other service provider. You are responsible for supplying or supplying (and we will not own or will not be responsible) for the equipment or wiring necessary to build this dedicated connection. 13.2 Full agreement. This contract replaces all prior or concurrent insurance, agreements or communications between you and us, in writing or orally, with respect to the purpose of this Agreement (but does not replace obligations to purchase services such as Amazon EC2 Reserved Instances). We are not bound by a clause, condition or other provision and, in particular, we do not draw inspiration from this provision which differs from or in addition to the provisions of this Agreement (whether or not it would substantially alter this Agreement), including.
